L-3、特殊部隊向け双眼式暗視装置を受注

L-3 Communications Corp., は、米海軍特殊部隊 向けの 双眼式暗視装置 (BNVD : Binocular Night Vision Device) を FFP (Firm Fixed Price：確定価格) $49,958,000 (約38億円) で契約を請け負った。
BNVDは、特殊部隊が任務の遂行で置かれる、極めて低照明の条件下など、制限された環境で　監視、偵察、識別、探知の能力をバックアップしてくれる装置。2017年2月に完了予定としている。
